I have had a Raspberry Pi for a few years now, and the fact that it has only come out of it's box once is really bothering me. I want to utilize this resource, and I have even gathered some cool ways to use it, but I need a more comprehensive beginners tutorial. I'm hoping to reach out to our community and find a parent or high school student who would be willing to meet with me for a "here are the basics" session. Our Tritt students have the ability to do some pretty cool things, and we have the resources. We just need a little help to get going!
Please e-mail me at Alexa.Dean@cobbk12.org if you are willing to help us out!
We had an excellent time presenting and learning at this year's STEM Forum! For more information on Tritt's presentation, "Technology Integration in the K-5 Classroom" visit the links below.

Tritt PTA is doing its annual fundraiser this year with a new “Ninja Warrior” type obstacle course. Each class will be competing as a whole against other classes in their grade for the fastest completion time! The students learned all about it today and can give you details. Please help us raise money for our PTA so they can continue to support our students and staff.
There will be prizes for the classes with the fastest time in their grade, the kindest/most spirited class, and the class with the best class poster/name. Also, the class with the fastest time in each grade will be getting a Sno-Cone party!!!!
